Working together for a safer Uttarayan
In the spirit of community care and shared responsibility.

On 10th January,2026 GCCI Youth Wing, along with Shri Apurva Patel, Police Inspector, Bodakdev Police Station, and his dedicated team, came together to organize a safety drive for two-wheeler riders during the Uttarayan festivities.

The initiative focused on preventive measures to protect riders from the risks associated with kite strings, reinforcing the importance of safety awareness during the festive season. Through on-ground action and coordinated efforts, the drive aimed to create a safer environment while allowing the city to celebrate with joy and confidence.
This collaborative effort reflects the strength of partnerships between civic authorities and youth-led organisations, where proactive leadership, awareness, and timely action come together for the greater good of the community.
