GCCI Youth Committee hosted an engaging session on “Profits, Growth and Control” on Friday, 12th December 2025 — bringing together bright minds and bold ideas from Gujarat’s business community.

Mr. Rohan Kumar, Chairman, Youth Committee, set the tone with his welcome address, reaffirming GCCI’s commitment to nurturing meaningful conversations that fuel Gujarat’s entrepreneurial growth.

Mr. Abhijeet Gathraj, Convener, Knowledge Committee (Youth Wing), followed with the theme address, spotlighting how empowered youth leadership and real-world insights can transform the way businesses think and grow.

The highlight of the evening was the keynote by Dr. Neerav Nagar, Associate Professor, IIM Ahmedabad, who decoded the delicate balance between profits, growth, and control with thought-provoking examples and deep business wisdom. His insights on unit economics and financial sustainability struck a strong chord with every participant.
